Recently there was a change in the control & management of the Company 1) V S Ranganathan, 2) Vasanthy Ranghanathan, 3) Bindu K C, 4) Kanakavally Prathapan Karumanthra, 5) Mridula Mukundan, 6) Sujith Venugopalan, have acquired 63,50,575 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 24.998% of the paid-up capital of the Company by way of Share Purchase Agreement dated September 20, 2021, between the old promoters & Acquirers.
